A local gem! A little off the beaten path but so worth searching for!!We stopped by here yesterday looking for some unique and lovely cheeses that would pair well with a Chardonnay we had bought for an anniversary picnic.The owners thoughtfully recommended some cheeses we would never have thought of and WOW! we’re they ever right!!!We are fans and will definitely return to this wonderful shop. Apparently, you can also pre-order online and just pick up as well.

Excellent addition to the food culture in Kelowna. A solid selection of cheeses from around the world. With a strong emphasis on products from Quebec. Nicely displayed and packaged. Great start. A few more triple creams and a wider selection of crackers would elevate them even further. Loved the ripeness level of the cheese I selected. Perfect .

Super knowledgeable staff and a ton of different cheeses - everything from cow, goat, sheep, etc. The staff helped us pick out cheese that she thought we would like, and everything we got was amazing! We highly recommend coming here if you’re planning on making a fancy charcuterie board or something like that.

This place is amazing! If you’re looking for a business that is passionate about their product and their customer stop everything you’re doing and check them out ! Picked up a variety of cheeses, spreads, crackers, salami and a duck pâté yesterday, and I can’t stop thinking about how incredibly helpful the gentleman helping us was! He was very knowledgeable as well ! All that combined made the experience of eating all those items even better! Everything was of top notch quality!! 100 dollars later and we still have left overs for another round!! Worth every penny! We will be back 100%, there’s no reason to look elsewhere for us !!Thanks again so much!!

Went in yesterday.... best friendliest hello and welcome right away... even though there were several people in the shop !! Received the most amazing service ! He explained all the various types of cheese... asked me lots of questions about my preferences....then suggested several. I bought 5 types... went to buy the best rye bread in my neighborhood.... went home....sat down to try them ......and went to heaven " !!! The choices were fantastic !! Thank you.... I will be back and I will spread the word about you shop !!!"

Best. Cheese. Ever!!! The owners are wonderful people. Desiree curated 3 cheeses for me once and I was incredibly impressed. Real french brie from franch, something that was sheep with truffle, and a hard goat cheese. Honestly their cheeses are so exquisite it's hard to recall the names of all of them, but if you love cheese, especially fine cheese - this place is a must visit! They also have a selection of charcuterie, crackers, and jellies/sauces among other things to compliment your cheese and charcuterie boards. Lucky for me this place is a 1 minute drive from my house. Can't recommend this place enough to be honest!!

Thanks to Perseval & Young, we've gotten to try so many delicious and interesting cheeses. The hubby and I love going in and getting to talk with the knowledgeable staff. They're so great at giving solid recommendations and helping us pick out something new each time. It's become a regular date night option for us to make a tasty cheese board at home, instead of going out now!

The staff at Perseval & Young know their cheese. They have a wide selection of cheeses, I ended up with the Der Schafe Maxx Swiss for grilled cheeses and a French Délice des deux-serves goat cheese that will help accentuate a pulled pork tomorrow night. Couldn't be more impressed with Perseval & Young and everything they do! We recently asked them to put together a cheese tower selection for our wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. Such delicious cheese recommendations, such knowledgeable and lovely people! Kelowna is lucky to have them!
